separately access columns in grid-view in asp dot net

i am doing a school automation system. in its result part i need to do this special operation........
when a teacher will insert into result forum ,, he has to select the class name from a dropdown list and the regno. and the name of the related regno will automatically show in the 2 columns of gridview and other columns of the gridview will have a textbox having the subject name as heading which will filled by the teacher.

plz help i need this code urgently ..... i tried it but not success-ed

your submit button inside gridview or outside.
