Not a question, despite the question mark. It's hard to attribute any sense to this inquiry, except actually implementing such parser, but you hardly can expect it. Not clear what you want to achieve.

Solution 1

Try using Pechkin to convert a html page to pdf .
It uses htmlagilitypack

I have implemented it . works like a charm .
