DataGridview Format string

In this code:
Cash_Fund_Grid.Columns[3].FormatString = "{0:#,###0;(#,###0);0}";
when i click cell and enter edit mode Formatstring dosen't work
what's the solution?

Elaborate what you mean by 'doesn't work' & also add on what exactly are you trying to achieve?

Do you mean that when you are in Edit Mode, when you enter data, it is not formatted? Is that what you mean?
