how to copy the file from the current running applications debug directory

How to copy the file from the current running applications debug directory?
I want to take the backup of Database and I tried to copy
the database but there is an error saying: "Could not able to copy b'coz used by other process".
Actualy no other process is using that folder.
Please help me.

Solution 1

- Open the Task Manager
- Go to Processes Tab
- Kill the <<YOUR_APP>>.vshost.exe
- And try coping the files.
