download jpg in asp.net with name

Hello,
I want to create one online application.
in this, users are insert itself his name on an image.
and then that image download as jpg with name of his write.

e.g

I want make employee id card at online.
Means, any one employee appointed in our organization.
so, i just open link and write his name and download that image and then i do print it.
