What files are you tuying to download? I dont have an issue and I doubt other have it... If they did we would know about it :)

Solution 1

I'm sorry it if does not resolve your problem, but there is one catch here: if you don't log in, you still have access to most of the data, but downloading if the zipped article file used to be unsuccessful unless you log in. (Check it up by yourself; this is just the only idea which came to my mind.) Also, there are cases of the site malfunctioning, or temporary problems due to some changes in progress, so, it the above is not the reason of a problem, you can try it later.

It always happen with me. no download even of m logged in.

Try doing it using some other system. As I cannot reproduce the problem, I don't know what else to suggest...
Let me think...

Well, one more thing: can you tell me exact URL which cannot be downloaded? What's the error message, exactly? Did you try to save in another target location?
