Hello, is there a way to create android apps with c#. ihave difficulty installing eclipse on windows 7 OS.

What difficulty? I have it installed and working great on Win7. For C# usage, you need Visual Studio.

you can use a product called Xamarin, it let you write C# apps using Mono on Android and iOS, using Visual Studio or Mono develop.
