how to code the client application when the wcf service is placed in the siteminder

we developed a webservice using wcf and using add service reference we are able to consume the service in the clinet appication.this is fine till now .Now the wcf service has been placed in the siteminder for security purposes .now my clinet appication is not working .how can i code my client application again to consume the wcf services when there is a site minder provided.

Please help in this regards
