Hello!
Please i need help. I have this small C#.net application that i want to use to send an email message. I have been trying to search the internet for how i can achieve this for some hours now but with no success. All that i get is that i have to use SMTP server but details of how to access or configure SMTP server access on my application are not included. Please someone help. I need all the details of how to configure the server. I have discovered that i can use gmail server to send emails from my app but how can i do that on my app. Please i need full details, if its configuring it in the app.config file i need all the info like all necessary elements their properties and attributes and their explanations. I hate links please.

Thank you very much in advance!

Hi ,
A better solution is there, a simple function code is here by which you can just copy paste and use it.
and by this you can also send email-attachemnt if you want.
