in a web service how to create uddi,disco

i created webservice and another application consume the webservices.

once u create webservice 3 options are created 1)Wsdl 2)UDDI 3)Disco

But in my webservice only one disco reference are created.

Remaining Wsdl and Uddi these 2 how to create.

in app_webreferences only disco function is Showing.
