How to read Table rows where table is inside table....

I am having some XML files in that tables are present inside tables...
Example header table having more than one theory tables....
I want to repeat rows of header table with rows of theory table....
means till end of theory table header rows should repeat....
transfer XML to datagridview...

1) Going by the word datagridview, I think the application is a windows application.

2) Showing heirarchial grids (Grid inside grid like a tree of grids)
