How convert PDF page in grayscale/Black and white

Using itextsharp i have created a program that can read and copy a page in PDF format, i want to convert a colored pdf page in black and white, is there a function to do so?

It was a project from 24-Aug-2012... And I delivered my project without the ability to convert to grayscale..
Its amazing to know that you make your own solution.. :o
