Display data in gridview like sql management studio

Hi! I'm trying to load data in gridview like sql management studio, when you edit a table which have 100000 rows, gridview of sql management studio will display data sequentially.

I hope you do reaize that this could be done with just loading the elements in the GridViewPage?
