Common design in Windows Application

Hi,
I have to apply a design to all the pages in my windows application in c#. Should I apply the design in all the pages separately or is their any other method like master pages in asp.net? Please give me any ideas about this.

FYI: Skinning is called Style in WPF and Silverligth, and these could be set on anything. Generally the WPF framework is much better for designinf fanzy stuff, but it is more complicated to get h hold of controls and other items du to its flexible design.

Yes it's called skinning.

Or there is at least one article on it on this site: Winforms SkinFramework[^] - probably a couple of dozen.
