unable to find script library 'asp_client/system_web/1_1_4322/WebUIValidation.js'

As the subject says,I published a web site developed by VS2003 which the .NET version is v1.1.4322.I published it in the two Win7 machines.
Mine is ok,however the other one gets the error.
First,I did as the net friends said that using aspnet_regiis -i and aspnet_regiis -c command.Howerver the error also occures.
Then,I copy the aspnet_client file to the root of my web site.But,the error occurs yet.
Please give me some advices.
