How to take screenshots from remote IP? I would like to take screenshot of the machine whose ip address is known and connected via LAN. How to take the screen shot and save it in my local harddisk.?

Unless you explain in some detail what use case you have for this, I'd say that nobody will answer you, as this could be misused to spy on people.

I have tried in taking screenshots of the local system. But now i should give ip address as input and then it will take a screenshot of the particular system if the system is currently switched on and in usage.

You can't just do that. You have to write an application that runs on the victim computer and then have another program that connects to the other program to get the screenshots. I say "victim" computer here because there is almost no legitimate reason to do this.

You need to create a client side app that will run on whatever computer you are trying to get the image of. You cannot just "spy" on a computer so you'll need an app already running on it. Search for screenshot. There are a lot of samples out there.
