How to make Language Translator

Hi experts...

I want to develop one application like a google translator.
means text to text and sentence to sentence translator..??
What can i do from that??
I don't understand from where i have to start my project.
Is there google translator kit helpful for me???

please ans me as soon as possible.

Why? Just use google translator instead of spending years and years of your own time and money developing something that already exists.

Judging by this and your other two questions, I have to say that you should not spend your time on this project.
It is a very complex job, requiring very goods experience of software production and natural languages. Your experience level suggests that you have neither at this stage. Proceeding with this will most probably be unsuccessful, and not just waste significant amounts of your time, but demoralise you to the point where you do not wish to start a different project.

Pick something easier; pick something you will be able to complete - because I do not believe you are ready for a project of this complexity yet.

Of course its interesting project but its very difficult to build the translator..
