How to get attachments like image, text document, pdf etc..from outlook and save to SQL database using C#?

I got the body of the email, senderemail, attachment names and count, But i would like to get the attachments like .jpg, .doc, .pdf and save those to SQL Database.

Not much info in your question, so it is going to be a tip rather than an answer:
I download and process email attachments from a IMAP server using the AE.Net.Mail - POP/IMAP Client
It's a library that is brilliant for email-stuff.
