well , i am working on vb.net windows based project.the project is working fine but when i try to run its set up of its exe file it is giving me the error
no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it(127.0.0.1:5000)
and the error is being generated on the execution of this line
_NextSink.ProcessMessage(message, requestHeaders, requestStream, responseHeaders, responseStream)
->firewall has been tiurned off
->telnet is enabled
->publish offline as well is also set
Where as project is running smoothly if we debug from visual studio 2008 the problem occurs only when we deploy
I have checked online it says to check telnet etc have done everything doesnt seems to help
can anyone help?
