Do Cntrl+F5. If that does not work, in that case, clear your cache and delete temporary files.

404 just for you means, the request is not going through for you.

+5 browsers sometimes do act in a strange way... Ctrl+F5 does solve the problem in most of the situations!
There are a couple possibilities. First, it could be that your DNS is pointed to a different site than theirs is (whether in your hosts file or in your DNS servers). You could try going to your command prompt and pinging the root URL (just the www.yoursite.com address). Find out what the IP address is. Do the same thing on the working computers and compare that IP address to yours. If they are different then the DNS settings are different.

Second, if your machine is the host machine (the server running the website), it will behave differently than it will for external users. For instance, you could have set the CustomErrors property to RemoteOnly.

Third, if you are on a different network than the other people are (even a different network segment), that could be the reason. A firewall in between you and the site could be the problem.

Basically, if you are experiencing different results than everyone else, there are only a couple possible .NET issues that could be the problem (which I have specified above). Otherwise, it is a networking, permissions, or routing issue.
