using filters in a windows fom application

I have a c# windows form application where i have displayed the table employee details in a datagrid and i have a combo box where i have all the column names in the form and a text box and a search button when i select a particular column name in combo box and typed a character in tex tbox and click on search button it should filter based on that could u please help me
