Why would you do this in the first place.

I can give you only a lame answer for this question: You can detect the browser from the server[^] (not reliable) and link different CSS files dynamically.

I have been already this.
But this method is working only for IE. its not working for Mozila.

What is 'not working'? Does server side fails to recognize the browser? Have you checked your HTML in each browser if the correct CSS file is linked? Have you checked the content in the CSS file for each browser? What is the apparent problem?
