dear u r right but bkoz of my job is teaching into these field to diploma student i have to study some books ... my boss given me a c# class and staring web programming by HTML? and i need more to can write a website ... what software i need to know ..

Sorry, at first, I did not realize you are teaching yourself. This is such a thing which require... conscience, something which should not allow you to give fake education to your students, which unfortunately happens. You should think in terms of interests of your student.

Solution 1

Just a couple of notes: in all my experience, I never met a real expert who became an expert using anyone's help, excluding the help one can get from the regular school/university education (and, very typically, not in computer field) and books/articles. Maybe, following one's lead and becoming a real expert are not very compatible things.

Also, I cannot imaging the expertize in so narrow technical fields you have mentioned. All the experts are educated in much wider areas. Educated, not trained. A trained expert is not an expert. Expertize comes with experience, which is not even close to training.
