is it possible to place taken image as background for that page

i have an order form in that take snap is one button. if i click that button it move to camera option .and the taken picture was automatically set as the back ground for that order form ...................suggest me is it possible...and how?

You say: On button click, take picture and set it as background? Picture from where? Button is placed where?

Is this an app for an Android phone?

If so, yes it can be done. What part are you having a problem with?

Taking the photo? Google "Android Camera API"

Or are you unsure of how to replace the background with an image once you have it?
