sir/madam,

while i am running the ASP.NET Application following error occur ....
"THE OPERATION HAS TIMED OUT"....

elaborate your question,place breakpoints in your code,debug and find what is the cause where you stucked ?

You need to share lot more than what you have posted. What are you trying to do? Where this error happens? Debugged?

Your server is not Response means then occurred "THE OPERATION HAS TIMED OUT"
then you Restart sql services or Restart a sql server in your machine.
