Hi all,

I am using visual studio 2008.
I installed silverlight 2.0 successfully.
I opened a new project and in the page.xaml i am trying to drag and drop a button.
But in the toolbox it is coming like there are no usable controls in this group.
Now what i should do.
Can any one help me on this.
Thanks!

Silly or pretty simple thing, yet asking just in case - Was the designer in focus? I have seen exact same thing when I am not in designer and trying to look at the toolbox.

Open your Abcd.aspx OR Xyz.xaml file and then click toolbox. Make sure you are not viewing any *.cs file. As long as it is *.aspx or *.ascx or *.xaml, it should be good.

Select any XAML in your application (if not create one) and then open it. XAML designer would get opened up where you can write XAML for your page design. Access toolbox at that time, controls should be available.
open visual studio comand prompt and write this command ..
VC>devenv /resetskippkgs
press enter it would take 8 sec to reset settings.

After that if we see in xaml page we can see that page is highlighted...
