List picker in windows Phone

i am windows phone developer. i have problem in ListPicker. i have a listpicker which have week days name(all).so first time i can choose any day from listpicker. but when in second time or when i am again navigate to this page from another page,i am not able to select any days from listpicker. and one more thing if i am using scrollViewer
in xaml of this page then listPicker is not expending.
