Internet is an ocean and you have plenty of websites to teach various languages.
If not internet, please buy a book and read. Try some examples, if you are stuck, share your doubt here and I am sure members will be more than happy to help you.

well, i recall my days, i used to go to cyber cafe to ask my question, and use to get the result next week :'(. I dont blame him. and If this is the situation, I would suggest him to go to library of your school

I understand this in principle, but one hardly can convince me that working without Internet is impossible or difficult: a good half of my essential works was done before I had any internet access at all.

Seems you need to start somewhere, perhaps you will find one of these books useful:
Thinking in C++ 2nd Edition by Bruce Eckel[^] can be downloaded for free.

C++ Primer[^] is one of the best introductions to the language.
