asp.net fileupload control

Hi
My Download Button is there. It works fine. But When user click on download One popup or Message box will come. User Press on Yes in the Button the downloaded file address automatically bind in to the File Upload control.. Other wise how to track the downloaded file address. Basically it will download the downloads folder.

Why do you want to bind the download address to a file upload control???
