C++ has no built-in graphics commands, so you'll need a library. To select a library for your purpose, you need to specify the OS it's intended for (at the very least) and the functionality it should provide.

Furthermore, we're not here to work on your behalf - at best we may point you to open source code that exists somewhere else already, but then you could easily google for that yourself, and more efficiently too (since you know what you're looking for... hopefully)

"I want code" is a really lazy way for starting a sentence.
"graphics project" is a bit vague.
