Solution 1

Everything you enter in textbox is a string.

What kind of string do you want to validate, i mean only alphabets without any special characters etc etc.

i entered in numeric value in this textbox then display error message. error message is please enter only alphabets

What operations you are doing with textbox. If this error is coming then textbox is already validated.
