My website view in internet explorer is different and in google crome is different. Why this happened?

Typically your target should be any other browser than ie... it seems that the other browsers are much standards compliant than IE...

The ways the broswers handle the width parameter in divs, the way the divs are handled in general are different, there are plenty of differences...

Try to use the firebug extension on firefox or the equitative tool for chrome and you will get a lot of hints to solve your differences...

You should come with more specific questions to get more specific answers... I was on the same path some weeks ago and after some small tweaking now my site is seen correctly even in my blackberry so it is not impossible...
