VGA? Video Graphic Array? If so, are you serious? What is the interface to external device?

Simply what i need is write video stream (normal video signal gives to monitor by VGA) to VGA port (extend VGA/ Laptop VGA out/ S-Video out/ HDMI out) or USB port.
Thank you,
Best Regards.

1 solution

Sorry, but that isn't a question we can answer.

It is simple to "grab" a section of the desktop display.
It is simple to transfer data to the USB port.
It is simple to display data on a LCD.

Unfortunately, it isn't simple to combine the lot.

The screen grab will be at a particular colour depth - if this is not suitable for the LCD then it will need changing, either at the PC before transmission, or at the device after.

The transfer of data will almost certainly require some protocol - just sending raw data to any device is unlikely to result in a picture. Try it with you printer - send it a raw bitmap file directly, and see what it prints. Buy shares in a paper factory first.

The display of anything on an LCD is pretty simple - but you have to follow the rules and methods specified by the LCD or LCD controller hardware manufacturer.

Since we have absolutely no idea what kind of device you are connecting, we cannot help you in the slightest!

Um.
You do realize that VGA is ~25Mhz pixel clock? And that it is an Analog signal, not digital?
And the USB is digital, not analog?

OK, you keep saying "Just tell me how to write video stream to VGA". There is NO SUCH THING!

All you're doing is attaching a second monitor to the laptop. Windows should see it as a second monitor. There's nothing to do other than create your form as normal and change it's Location property to move it to the second monitor.

Thank You very much Mr Griff,
you says there no ways to produce video from computer (video what we define) to other Display device, using any output ports like extend VGA/ Laptop VGA out/ S-Video out/ HDMI out / USB (there is USB to VGA converters)

Thank you very much
Best Regards.
