There is a free downloadable tool.

This was asked a few days ago, so there must be a call for it.

EDIT : Nish says it doesn't link, but I seem to find it ok.
Would someone else please try.

Works now - got a 404 before. Btw I wouldn't trust a download from that site. In fact I would recommend not downloading it at all.

I mean, that sounds like its got malware written all over it. 80% of that page is ads for one thing, which is usually a good indicator of such things.

True. The app might be legit for all I know, but that website certainly does not look trustworthy - maybe it's just poor UI design there.

Solution 2

You could try and use Google's transliterator:

You should be able to use some HTTP fetching in code to do what you want.
