Bind dropdownlist in sharepoint 2007

Hi,

I have some problem in sharepoint so please help me ASAP. I want to display selected value according to Id in Dropdownlist control. and another problem i want to add attachment button in toolbar in new creation form.

The new item form already has the toolbars necessary.

What dropdown? Where are you using this?
