Your question is not clear. Do you want to make the users able to download software from your site?

sir actually i m working on astrology site and i wanna provide the functionality to user which shows kundali chart of client how can solve this problem??

It's still not clear. But my assumptions are, you have a windows software that could show the users a kundali chart. And you want to integrate that software into your site? Is it so?
