Generating XML for Car detection

I need code for generating XML file for car detection and also after detecting all the features how to use these features which will be stored as eigen values and eigen vectors for classification using classifiers such as Support Vector Machines.

We are Using Open CV.

What have you tried till now? Asking a specific questions will get you an answer. We use our spare time to help people with problems and not do your work.

We have used SIFT to extract features and we used HAAR cascade classifiers with SIFT to identify faces.we have an XML file generated to detect faces ,but we need some help to generate an XML file for car Detection. Also we are trying on Training Haar To generate XML file.
