Error while installing software

WHile installing the software on PC and at the end of installation I get error for ASSERTION error on line # 32 for oletyplb.cpp.

Google shows links to this specific problem, and ways to debug it via the call stack. The quickest solution I could find (less than 5 minutes) was " It is the version of MFCO42D.DLL"

what can I do to resolve this issue.

I have developer MFC project on Win 2000 with INSTALL PACKAGE name is Creator Install Pro and deploy that into WIN Xp and while install or deploy I get this error. I am new to VC++ and I am getting this error for ASSERTION with Line 32 on oletyplb.cpp.

I am still having issue with deploying software on window xp but it works fine on win 2000. when I install the software on win xp machine it gave me error for oletyplb.cpp at line 32.

When I research this it mentioned that I have problem in mfc40.dll and I have rectify that already and still giving same error and funny part is after install this software with ASSERTION, software works fine with all the aspect.
