bcoz in my college ,downloads are resticted and code plex is blocked by some mistake ,i tried some sites from internet ,but not able to download

If it's a mistake, talk to the IT department/sysadmin of your college, and they will probably fix it. If it's not a mistake, then accept it and don't break the rules of your college, but try to get it from an internet connection other than your college.

By the way, bcoz is not a real word, did you know that?

Solution 1

Codeplex is open source - there is no charge or need for a proxy to use them.

Just go to the site and download what you need: http://www.codeplex.com/site/search[^]

However, you must adhere to any licence agreements, including those that require you to publish your application source code if you use open source controls within it.

1) Go to the appropriate page (I assume it is this one: http://wpfbookcontrol.codeplex.com/)
2) Press the big green button marked "Download"
