how to create auto complete textbox in asp.net

hello frens, i have some sort of problem. what i want to do is to display the autocomplete textbox which has this auto complete javascript code. i am getting dataset for the records but how can i implement this to enable the autocomplete function. please help ..with regards bishnu karki
