What do I use as a key and a value for backup database?

What are values of a database? Where can I acquire the key and value for a database that I want to use to store my phonebooks from my two cell phones? I know I'm an idiot, just tell me that it's beyond me and I'll give it up now.

I'm sure you aren't an idiot - ignorance of databases and so forth is not the same as stupidity (one of them can be fixed).

The problem is that you question is very, very general, and we need to know a lot more before we can give any useful advice. We don't know what tools you have available, we don't know what phone you are talking about, and we don't know how it transfers it's data to a PC - and that's just for starters! :laugh:
