I am using VMR9 and direct show for my video processing project. But I am getting somewhat blur video when I am trying to get frame by frame video. Basically when I am applying my command on fast video or small video,e.g football kick.

So on such video I am facing this problem but when I am applying this command on any song video or movie then it working normal.

It is just the low quality of the videos themselves, isn't it?

Possibly an interlaced vs progressive scan video issue? Try de-interlacing before applying your "command".
