Divide the column of datagridview into subparts in vb.net

Hi,

I want to divide my datagridview column into subparts That means there is one column department. Below that it divide into three subparts i.e. mech,computer,electrical . then how I can do this ....

Please Help Me ~~...Its Argent...~~

Edited question - it might be Argent to you but no one else.
