Regarding online web booking form

hello everyone i m a newbie to his site,so please bear with me if i have asked wrongly.
i need help simple online travel booking form
i need to develop a web application where in data should be stored in a mysql database and when user clicks a submit button he should get a confirmation mail and a mail also has to be sent to the travel agency in which the data in the form like NAME,EMAIL and COMMENTS should get fetched automatically for the travel agent while responding once when the travel agent clicks submit button everything should get fetched automatically and send a reply to customers......could anyone help out with a code for this or atleast can i get to know some related codes its urgent

People aren't going to do your work for you - if you get stuck on a particular issue which you can't fix, then posting what you are doing and how it is not working (citing relevant formatted code and error messages) will mean that your question will more likely be looked at and help forthcoming - also don't mark your question as urgent - it is not urgent for the people who help out.

The mere fact that you are asking this question suggests that you have a lot of work ahead of you just learning how to create the web pages required for this project. Take a look at the ASP.NET[^] website for help and sample projects.
