how to show Ajax Calendar extender

i am using modulopopup extender in my design in that one gridview is there where in one column calenderExtender is present.While clicking the calenderExtender content column the calender is displaying backside the panel(i.e.calender disabled).So help me to solve these problem.
Note:No search engine has able to solve these problem

You can use jQuery model popup instead ajax model popup.
