How to add tcp ip port in windows?

Hi I have added a tcp ip printer by typing:

rundll32 printui.dll,PrintUIEntry /if /b "Test Printer" /f "K:\Drivers\HP Color LaserJet CP1515\hppcp609.inf" /r "IP_10.48.1.42" /m "HP Color LaserJet CP1510 Series PCL 6"

in cmd.

but my problem is that how to add this port

"IP_10.48.1.42"

by cmd?
