janardan add little more info to your questions... table, place holder are very generic words. we dont understand your question

where you want to search, Database table ??? what kind of place holder??? what is your search condition (criteria/data).

i want to search data from databse's table and want to store in place holder for each cell's value.

1 solution

take a DataGridView, bind it with a sql select query with.. 'like' search condition in the where part. i guess it will solve your problem.. the output will be bound to diffetent cells.

otherwise

fill your search result to a dataset, and set the velues where you want to store...

I have answered this as per I understood ur query...
