Hi
I am in Rwanda and I am using the a Tigo Rwanda Modem. I am configuring a GSM Modem. When trying to connect I am getting the following error:

Improve readability. Put error message in block.

Well, you need to set your SMSC number in your SIM as you are using the GSM modem.

For Detecting port Which at command you have used...you might try to set it up in different port.

Another options you might try with ActiveXpert trial version...By this u might find out the exact problem
