Problem in download code

I have a column of download button and i use many codes of those asked question in code projext problem didn't solve how can i download a file, path stored in data base, columns are
File_ID, File_NAME, FILE_PATH, DOWNLOAD

file:///I:/New%20Code%20Project%20Help/File%20Uploading%20and%20Downloading%20in%20ASP.NET.htm

I use this code in link help me with it. what should i do.

Also, make sure you are mapping the correct path and see if you are relying on a relative URL ?
