I want to create an asp.net application for Audio/Video Chat, i havnt sufficient knowledge on it that from where to start.

Please guide me for this.

Try a Google search, there are lots of examples of such applications.

You can find the links with Google. Alternatively look in the Articles section here on CodeProject. You need to do at least some work for yourself.
